This programme aims to empower PA’s, Secretaries and Office administrators and to uncover current business trends and practices that revolutionises roles in office and administration management in a new era of AI, working remotely and modern challenges. We aim to decipher corporate vision, cultures and values to better contribute on a personal, functional and organisational level to your organisation’s success. Delegates will acquire sound office management skills to successfully plan, schedule and budget projects and escalate their ability to adapt to the rapid changes and working under pressure through technological advancements. Time will also be spent on building professional relationships and dealing with demands from managers, clients, the public and all levels of stakeholders.
